I saw the lightening of the landward sky..
Tall stones, pockmarked and stained by lichens marked the way.....
.. as gusting wind turned tumbling clouds to images of glistening cliffs..
The sea shone, mirrored with effulgent blue.
Shifting mists revealing sky's blue blazon..
All the land and sea about me crimsoned....
